Brady and I went to this cute Bed & Breakfast called "Hearitage Inn" in snowflake. This restored 1890's home is a wonderful place to stay to visit the snowflake temple, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

May is a crazy month! With Recitals, Performances, Concerts, Presentations.....the list goes on. Throw in seminary graduation and high school graduations in there and everynight we have some kind of activity.

Whew! I am exausted just looking at all the stuff we did! I am glad it is now summer.
In April Aaron's pre-K class performed "Little Red Riding Hood the Musical". It was darling! Aaron was a bear in the forest (on the way to grandmas house). My favorite song went like this- "Grandma, Grandma you aint sick, all you need is a peppermint stick! Hands up, shake shake, hands down, shake shake". Here are pictures from his performace.

I put this video on for my Sister Melissa. Not that the rest of you cant see it, but it is a little long. Aaron is the Bear with the blue umbrella, and is the best skipper if I do say so myself. Enjoy.
The Daddy Daughter Dance- This year's theme was "Sock Hop" thank goodness for the old Halloween costumes we had. The girls had so much fun with their dad. 50's sock hop Brady wanted to go as Danny- from Grease- but he came straight from a meeting at work, so he is wearing his usual attire. My girls love Hannah Montana (ugh, not really my favorite). Here we are at the opening of her new movie. Our Neighbor Kim and her daughter Avery met us there to watch the show. We had a great time. Avery & Emily Becca, Avery, Emily and Me Kim, Becca, Avery and Emily.
My Brother, Phil and his wife Nina went back east to visit Nina's family. I had the opportunity to watch 2 of their kids. Cameron and Remington were a joy to have. We had so much fun. Here are some pics during their visit- Aaron & Cameron eating cookies that we made and coloring. Having a picnic between the Saturday session of conference. Remington is gorgeous! Aaron and Cameron made a mud pit and Remington couldn't help but be attracted to it.
Have you heard of the new Ziploc brand vacuum storage system? Well basically it has a small pump that removes all the air from a storage bag to keep frozen food fresher in the freezer. Here is a picture of what it does and what it looks like. A stake without the vacuum seal/and the stake with the vacuum seal.
It comes with a small air removal pump and is kind of cool when you buy foods in bulk. YOU GET THE POINT....RIGHT?

Look closely at his forehead- I had to take these when he was asleep. Now I know you are saying- Sherri it really doesn't look that bad! Well, this is a few days later and the hickey is fading away. Try explaining this one to the school teacher!
As soon as this healed, Aaron thought it would be fun to open my big upright deep freezer and stick his tongue on the medal. When he couldn't get his tongue loose, he yanked if off! His tongue was bleeding.
